Shock horror! But there's a reason-

If you don't know already there's a certain person in a spot of trouble and he goes by the name of *Endling. He's up for some surgical procedures in order to fix his internal organs but at the same time is having those procedures eat through his pockets, apartment, cats and organs, oh no wait, it's going to fix his organs but substantially eat away at his finances at the same time (please excuse the attempt at humour even though this is a serious subject - laughter is the best medicine as Patch Adams would say).
